The NHLoGIN Executive Board will meet beginning at 1:00 PM, with the special presentation on the Benefits of Microsoft Windows 7 for Government Use to begin at 1:30 PM.

Leslie Tan brings more than 18 years of progressive experience in the realm of Information Technology in both Private and Public Sector. A strategic and tactical contributor that has driven innovation and solutions based on insight, knowledge and leveraging an ever-expanding portfolio of operational and management core competencies.Tasked with providing technical leadership from venture-funded startups to Fortune 500 companies, Leslie has the ability to wear “many hats” even within his current role as Senior Technology Strategist with the Microsoft Corporation.

Leslie is currently engaged with agencies within the six New England States to help them understand and use their current toolset to achieve higher operational excellence in these tough economic times.

Leslie earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in 1988. He’s also attended Executive Leadership seminars at MIT-Sloan.
